Nice neighbourhood area to find this stall.... did try the dry prawn noodle as many good comments heard. Excellent taste and the prawn is well prepared as its 100% shell removed . Do not worry about having to remove it while eating. Will try the soup version on next visit as I favour soup and tested many many many before

🦐🍜Reached before the long queue struck at 545 Whampoa Prawn Noodles and got myself a dry version of Prawn Mee with $2 add-on prawns! The noodles were cooked slightly softer than my preference, but still very shiok when eaten with their sambal & fried lard bits (asked for no ketchup so I can enjoy the savory and spicy homemade chili in its unadulterated form). Prawns are fresh with a firm bite, and I am always happy to have my prawns fully peeled and butterflied in half since I lazy.😆 Got really excited when I saw the orangey hue of the broth as the owner poured into the bowl! It tasted as good as it looked, packed with distinct authentic sweetness from the prawns which I enjoyed - guess it’s a sign that I should order the soup version next time! . 📍Address: 665 Buffalo Rd, #01-326 Tekka Centre

Superb prawn noodles. Tried the dry version for $5. Comes with 4 medium slice of fresh prawn and a bowl of very delicious thick prawn broth. Excellent taste and value for money.

I had the dry Prawn Noodles with soup on the side. Somehow, I'm not sure why, the taste was slightly different from how i used to like it and noodle abit softer than usual.

Pretty decent bowl of prawn noodle. I came with high expectation after seeing many good reviews over the internet. But imo it is a slightly above average bowl of prawn mee dry. The soup is good but I had better one. The prawns are fresh. Will eat if I’m at the vicinity, but will not purposely travel just to eat this.

Date of visit: Fri 6 Oct 2023 Time : 9 am Came here for the first time after COVID. Hawker center recently renovated and it is better looking with tables being refreshed. Market still looks the same. Not renovated. Queue. First time trying this prawn noodles. Priced at $5. Sorry no photo. Taste is ok. Soup salty. Verdict : not worth the hype.

Nice bowl of comforting noodles. Flavorful soup which is not salty. Decent amount of ingredients. What I would recommend is to ask for additional chilli paste in your bowl. Do note the market will be going under renovation soon.
